Synopsis:

"I am endowed with an absurd sensitivity, what scratches others tears me apart." These words are from Gustave Flaubert. This is exactly how Hugo feels. Being hypersensitive means feeling everything TOO intensely. As a result, one can get hurt quickly and would gladly do without this emotional burden. But you can't just part ways with your hypersensitivity whenever you want. No matter how much you reject it, it comes back. Hugo's has even been given a name: Henri Soleil. Always by his side. Too bad. Or maybe it's for the best... after all!

DIRECTOR'S BIOGRAPHY

A former journalist, psychologist, coach, synergologist (expert in nonverbal communication), screenwriter, and director of short films and documentaries, I blend words and images to tell the world or invent sensitive stories.
I am also the author of a novel, Le Cheval emmuré (The Walled Horse), published by Ovadia, which was released a few months ago and which I am currently working on adapting into a feature film.
Henri Soleil is my latest short film.

Ancienne journaliste, Psychologue, Coach, Synergologue (experte en communication non verbale), Scénariste et Réalisatrice de courts métrages et de documentaires, je mélange des mots et des images pour raconter le monde ou inventer des histoires sensibles.
Je suis également l’autrice d’un roman Le Cheval emmuré éditions Ovadia qui est sorti voici quelques mois et pour lequel je travaille sur l’adaptation en long métrage.
Henri Soleil est mon tout dernier court métrage.
