Synopsis:

Yaakoub lived in Katsikas refugee camp in northwest Greece. He grew his own garden inside Katsikas camp. When this was no longer allowed, he became involved in the community garden at the maker space Habibi.Works, growing food to be used in community meals offered in this space each day.

DIRECTOR'S BIOGRAPHY

Elodie Delcey was born in Vesoul and grew up in Belfort, France.

At a very young age, she dreamed of a job behind the camera. But in 2012 she turned to scientific studies, keeping her great passion for audiovisual as a hobby.
In 2018, after graduating as an engineer in formulation chemistry, she decided to change her life: it was the beginning of four years rich in travels, encounters, discoveries, and volunteering projects.
She made her first mini-documentaries, in duo with Charlotte Breton, in the Black Cordillera of Peru in 2019, for the volunteering project Voluntube, then for a year in the heart of Italy for the NGO Associazione Kora and the didactic farm La Buona Terra. She also discovered the international world and the non-formal education of Erasmus+ projects in different countries of Europe.
Today, nomad, passionate, and committed to the environment and social justice, Elodie started her career as a freelance video-maker, creating WeaselArt in April 2022.
