Free Ride Beyond Borders follows two freeriders—Mykhailo from Ukraine and Alex from Russia—who meet in the French-Italian Alps to share their passion for skiing in a landscape that transcends borders. Through powerful visuals, voiceover, and intimate storytelling, the film explores themes of identity, trauma, unity, and healing. As they carve their way through snow-covered peaks, echoes of war, fear, and hope emerge—yet the mountain offers a space for silence, challenge, and connection beyond nationality or conflict.
