Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Cognac Programs General Terms 1. Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older. Proof of age may be required at the time of the visit. 2. Booking Channels: Reservations can be made through our official website, by email, or by phone. Booking Process 1. Reservation Confirmation: o A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit (as applicable). o Confirmation details will be sent via email, including program specifics and directions to the venue. 2. Group Bookings: o For groups of 10 or more, special arrangements can be made, including private tours or customized schedules. o Group bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance. 3. Cut-off Times: o Individual bookings must be completed at least 48 hours before the program start. o Same-day bookings are not accepted. Payment and Cancellation 1. Payment Terms: o Full payment is required at the time of booking for individual reservations. o Group bookings may require a 50% deposit, with the balance due 7 days before the program date. 2. Cancellation Policy: o Individual Reservations: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the program will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3–6 days before the program will receive a 50% refund. No refund is available for cancellations within 48 hours of the program. o Group Bookings: Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking if canceled at least 7 days in advance. 3. Rescheduling: Changes to bookings are allowed up to 7 days in advance, subject to availability. Attendance Policy 1. Check-in: Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before the program start time. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the booking without refund. 2. Minimum Attendance: o Programs may be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, guests will be notified at least 48 hours in advance, and a full refund or alternative date will be offered. Special Requests 1. Dietary Restrictions: Any dietary restrictions or allergies must be communicated at least 48 hours before the program for buffet or lunch arrangements. 2. Accessibility Needs: Please inform us of any accessibility requirements at the time of booking.
